Evidence Center · Registry v1.0

Evidence should be visible at the point of the claim.

What broader research suggests, what the HealthMaxxing method says, and what the product itself has—or has not—demonstrated.

Authored and clinically reviewed by Dr. Fayez, board-certified emergency physician and founder of HealthMaxxing · Published July 21, 2026

Published research about sleep, activity, nutrition, or self-tracking is not evidence that HealthMaxxing improves outcomes. This registry keeps those categories separate and records unsupported claims instead of leaving them ambiguous.

What is publishable today

Not published as evidence: founder outcomes, aggregate user insights, clinical effectiveness, and causal Pattern Engine claims. Draft templates exist internally, but citations about related topics cannot fill those evidence gaps.
