HealthMaxxing helps people log body and mind signals together, then look for personal patterns across them. It combines food, exercise, sleep, hydration, mood check-ins, journaling, breathing tools, and compatible health data in one mobile app for iPhone and Android.

Why it exists
Most wellness software asks you to choose a lane. A calorie tracker may understand meals but know nothing about the day you had. A meditation app may support a quiet moment but cannot place it beside your sleep, workout, or hydration log. The problem is not that these focused tools are bad; it is that a person is not a collection of unrelated dashboards.
Dr. Fayez, a board-certified emergency physician, started HealthMaxxing to make the connections easier to see. The aim is practical: reduce the friction of tracking, show a useful view of the day, and help a person notice questions worth exploring. Did a steadier sleep schedule line up with better energy? Did afternoon movement tend to coincide with a calmer evening? A pattern can be a prompt for reflection—not a verdict.
What the product does
The app provides quick manual logging and can connect to Apple Health with the user’s permission. Its Pattern Engine begins checking after seven logged days; many potential patterns need roughly 10–14 days of relevant data, while existing wearable history may sometimes provide enough context sooner. HealthMaxxing also includes guided breathing, a private journal, a daily mind-body view, badges, streaks, and optional Pro tools.
Core tracking is free. HealthMaxxing Pro adds optional advanced features, including additional AI-supported analysis. Current prices and subscription terms are shown in the app and the applicable App Store storefront before purchase.

The principles behind it
- Whole-self context: body and mind signals are more useful when a person can view them together.
- Personal observations, not diagnoses: correlations in a person’s logs do not establish medical cause.
- Low-friction logging: a sustainable, imperfect record is usually more useful than an elaborate system abandoned after two days.
- User control: optional data connections require permission, and account-associated data can be deleted from the app.
- Honest communication: product claims, comparisons, and educational content should be specific, sourced when needed, and corrected when wrong.
HealthMaxxing is a wellness tool, not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. If you are concerned about symptoms, safety, medication, or a health condition, talk with an appropriate health professional.
