Deleting your data

You stay in control of what HealthMaxxing knows about you. You can remove individual entries from inside the app whenever you'd like, and if you want to go further, you can delete your entire account. This page walks through both.

Remove individual entries from the app

You can delete any of the following directly inside HealthMaxxing, one at a time, at any time:

• Food logs — any meal, scan, or saved food on the Food tab.
• Weight, workout, and sleep entries — your body metrics, exercise logs, and sleep logs.
• Mind check-ins — mood, anxiety, and reflection entries on the Mind tab.
• Photos — progress photos and food photos you've taken in the app.
• Voice memos — recordings from the Mind tab.
• Cycle data — period and symptom logs, if you've chosen to track them.

Tap the entry, then choose Delete. It is removed from your device and its deletion is synchronized to HealthMaxxing’s primary cloud systems. If you are offline, the app retains the deletion request and retries when a connection is available.

Erase HealthMaxxing data without deleting your login

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Erase HealthMaxxing Data to permanently remove your HealthMaxxing health and content data from this device and our primary systems. This also removes scheduled HealthMaxxing notifications and your Mixpanel analytics history and identity. Your login, subscription entitlement, and required consent, billing, and security records remain. Data in Apple Health or Health Connect is not changed, and an App Store or Google Play subscription is not canceled.

Delete your entire account

To remove everything at once, open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. We'll ask you to confirm, since this can't be undone.

Deleting your account removes:

• All personal data you've entered (name, age, sex, height, weight, dietary preferences, goals).
• Every food log, weight entry, workout, sleep entry, mind check-in, voice memo, and photo tied to your account.
• Any saved recipes, settings, and preferences.
• Your HealthMaxxing sign-in account.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; use your device’s subscription settings to manage or cancel it. It also does not modify source data in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Deletion begins immediately in HealthMaxxing’s primary systems. Processor records, required records, and encrypted backups may take up to 30 days to expire.

Request deletion if you no longer have access to the app

If you can't log in — for example, you've forgotten your password and can't recover it, or you've already uninstalled HealthMaxxing — email us at privacy@maxxing.health from the address you used to sign up. Mention that you'd like your account deleted and we'll take care of it.

We process these requests within 30 days, and almost always much sooner.

Data we retain after deletion

A small amount of information continues to exist after your account is gone, kept only where it's necessary:

• Billing and subscription records we're legally required to keep. If you subscribed, your purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their stores and follow their own retention rules, and our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) may retain purchase and subscription-status records tied to an opaque app user identifier.
• Security and error logs in Sentry, with names, emails, request bodies, health values, and other personal content scrubbed. Some logs may retain an opaque app user identifier so we can diagnose account-specific issues.
• Processor records and encrypted backups that expire on their normal retention cycle, up to 30 days.

None of this is used for advertising, sold, or shared, and retained logs are not used to rebuild a profile of you.
