The state of HealthMaxxing at launch.
A dated record of what is available, what has been published, and what evidence does not yet exist.
As of July 21, 2026, HealthMaxxing is an independent mobile wellness app coming soon to iPhone and Android, with published methods and safety boundaries—but no published clinical validation, product outcome study, aggregate user-insight report, or founder outcome receipt.

Next proof milestones
- Freeze a dated measurement and privacy protocol before inspecting outcome data.
- Define explicit consent, minimum group sizes, suppression rules, and review ownership.
- Publish completed founder or user analyses only when the underlying data and limitations exist.
- Separate usability, engagement, pattern performance, and health outcomes into distinct claims.
- Update the claim registry whether results are positive, negative, mixed, or inconclusive.
Why publish a baseline? It prevents future progress from rewriting the starting point. This page is a factual launch record, not an outcome report.
