Did earlier or later recorded bedtimes coincide with different morning readiness? A question template, not a result — and not a claim that this relationship holds for you.
Why this pairing is worth asking
Bedtime rarely moves on its own. If your wake time is fixed by work, an earlier bedtime is also more total sleep, and the two explanations cannot be separated from the log alone. That confound is the whole difficulty of this question, and it is worth naming before you look rather than after.
What you would log
Bedtime plus a consistent morning self-rating.
How long to look
At least two weeks spanning normal schedule variation.
What could explain it instead
Total sleep, wake time, alarms, light exposure, and prior-day exertion.
How to read the result
Treat any association as being about bedtime *and* whatever moved with it. If total sleep tracked bedtime closely across your window, this question has not been answered separately from the previous one.
Evidence class: HealthMaxxing methodology; no causal product claim.

- Sleep duration → next-day mood — On nights with more recorded sleep, was next-day mood usually different?
- Sleep regularity → next-day energy — When sleep and wake timing were more consistent, did next-day energy differ?
